Refund Policy:

  • Conference registration canceled prior to March 1 will be fully refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. 
  • Conference registration cancelled between March 1 and March 31 will receive a 50% refund in addition to a $50 administration fee. Registration can be transferred to another individual within the registrant’s church, diocese, or organization. 
  • Conference registration cancelled after March 31 will receive no refund. 
  • Transfer of registration from in-person to a digital ticket will result in a refund for the difference in registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee until March 1. After March 1 no refund will be issued for the transfer of in-person registration to a digital ticket.
  • The conference registration fee is not refundable for those who have not tested prior to conference arrival and test positive using a self-administered rapid antigen test.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

Episcopal Communicators reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Episcopal Communicators cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Episcopal Communicators has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a future date. Episcopal Communicators will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.


Sponsorship donations for any event that is cancelled or postponed by Episcopal Communicators are not refundable.
